Originally from Ringgold, Georgia, Trevor Holder grew up playing the banjo at fiddlers conventions in the Southeast, winning many awards such as 1st place at Galax in 2019. Early on, he developed a strong interest in the banjo playing of Don Reno and spent years learning his style. Now, Trevor plays more than just bluegrass banjo having influence from players like Uncle Dave Macon, Charlie Poole, Gid Tanner, and many others.
Conner Vlietstra (sometimes known as “Sleepy”) plays the flattop guitar and does most of the high tenor singing. He comes from a musical family from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and got some of his love for Country music and Bluegrass from his mother’s parents, Papa and Nana. Inspired by some of the great Old Time Country singers like Riley Puckett and Charlie Monroe, he gives a solid foundation with his big guitar and usually adequate voice
